These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and gtaya ("gtaya," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the gtaya online gaming platform, including all games, features, content, and services available at gtaya.xyz (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by gtaya, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the gtaya Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the Platform in any capacity.

To register and use the gtaya Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. gtaya does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any game on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming platforms is lawful at the time of each gaming session.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by gtaya or any applicable regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of gtaya, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

gtaya reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.

To access the full features of the gtaya Platform, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one gtaya account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gtaya username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. gtaya will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify gtaya immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• KYC Verification: gtaya may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

gtaya reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the gtaya Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: gtaya currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. Accepted payment methods are subject to change at gtaya's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. gtaya aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited.
• Anti-Money Laundering: gtaya is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. gtaya reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into your account. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
• Withdrawal to Same Method: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. gtaya reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different method.

gtaya offers various bonuses, promotions, free credits, and other incentives to players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all gtaya bonuses and promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, each player is entitled to claim each promotion once. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times using duplicate accounts or other means is prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: gtaya reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.
• Modification and Withdrawal: gtaya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
• Eligibility: Promotions are available to eligible players only. gtaya reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.

Specific terms and conditions for individual promotions will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

All games available on the gtaya Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. The following general gameplay terms apply across all gtaya games:

• Random Number Generation: All gtaya slot games and virtual table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, gtaya reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. gtaya's decision in such matters is final.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. gtaya reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.
• Disconnection: gtaya is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or technical issues on the player's end. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing play.
• Sports Betting: All sports bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. gtaya reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by irregular circumstances, including but not limited to match-fixing, force majeure, or data feed errors.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gtaya Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be returned to gtaya.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the gtaya Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gtaya staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your gtaya account through your payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter with gtaya support.

All content on the gtaya Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform ("Content"), is the property of gtaya or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without gtaya's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content.
• Use any Content for commercial purposes or in connection with any third-party product or service.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any Content.

The gtaya name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of gtaya. Unauthorized use of any gtaya trademark is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gtaya's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your gtaya account at the time the relevant claim arises.

gtaya shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or other technical problems outside gtaya's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from changes to the Platform, including the removal of games, modification of odds, or changes to bonus terms.
• Any loss or damage arising from force majeure events, including natural disasters, government actions, or other circumstances beyond gtaya's reasonable control.

gtaya is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered gtaya players:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: You may set limits on the duration of your gaming sessions. gtaya will notify you when your session limit is approaching.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request self-exclusion from the gtaya Platform for a period of 30, 90, or 180 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: gtaya provides periodic on-screen reminders of the time you have spent playing during a session.

gtaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or exploitation of Platform errors.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from your payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used by a person under 21 years of age.

Upon account closure, gtaya will return any verified, unencumbered funds held in your account (i.e., funds not subject to active wagering requirements or pending investigations) to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting gtaya support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and gtaya, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team via live chat to attempt to resolve the matter informally. gtaya is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

gtaya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the gtaya Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.
